Welcome
360° Kindness
I’m creating this community to share the concept of 360° Kindness. Here you will find a collection of ideas and practices designed to help you use your natural fuel. Or, the energy and resources already within you. Properly organized, these resources guide you toward a life that feels more aligned, peaceful, and fulfilling.
Whether you're looking to improve your well-being, strengthen relationships, or make lasting change, this approach helps without relying on drive or willpower.
Why This Space Exists
This space is meant to support not only my current clients, but anyone interested in learning or staying in touch with these concepts in a supportive and safe environment.
Therapy covers a lot, but it’s always comforting to have a place to revisit ideas and get reminders between sessions or even beyond them.
You Don’t Have to Be in Therapy
For those not currently in therapy, you’ll still find value in exploring 360° Kindness at your own pace. I encourage interaction within this space.
🛠 There will be a paid section for deeper exploration. But in the spirit of transparency, how that evolves will be shaped by engagement. Your input will be instrumental.
What You’ll Find Here
You’ll get specific concepts and answers to your questions. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, but the core principles of 360° Kindness help to illuminate how awareness, boundaries and small kind choices apply to all of us. We are human, after all.
We have far more in common than the current world would have us believe.
Why Listen to Me?
I’m a Canadian psychotherapist. My clients have achieved sobriety, healed relationships, or peacefully let go of toxic ones. Many have made deeply meaningful life changes.
I’m inspired to learn as much from others as they do from me. And I truly believe that because you are reading this, you are in the right place at the right time.
My Journey (And Yours)
My life has uniquely prepared me to share these ideas. I’ve been a working musician, a school teacher, and now a therapist—all roles where I tried to help others while healing myself (even if I didn’t know that at the time).
I’m also a father, husband, and co-parent. I’ve experienced divorce. I was diagnosed with ADHD when my son was 12—after earning two university degrees without a high school diploma. I had believed I was “stupid” for years.
Understanding how a seemingly successful person could have such incredibly unhelpful thoughts was a turning point.
I lost 72 pounds. I embraced nutrition, sobriety, and reconnected with the deep kindness that had always been within me—the same inner kindness that lives in you.
Real Change Starts With Kindness
I’ve faced many of the same struggles you may be facing. And over time, I’ve learned this:
The kinder I am to myself, the more authentically available I am to others.
For years, I gave myself away trying to prove I was enough. 360° Kindness shows how ineffective that is. Instead, it teaches that Awareness, Boundaries, and small kind Choices lead to stronger relationships—and a life of your own design.
The Core Insight
This idea began taking shape while helping people distinguish the desire to change from the ability to change.
We often misunderstand both because we misunderstand who we really are.
You’ll read a lot about that here. And if it makes you uncomfortable, I encourage you to hang in there. Deconstructing the ideas that make us uncomfortable is a key benefit of awareness. It’ll be worth it, you’ll see!
You Are Already Enough
When I say we misunderstand ourselves, I don’t mean we view change or self-worth “wrong.” I mean we often misunderstand how they relate to being human.
We confuse our lives or our work with our worth.
Some of your work or aspects of your life may not be perfect. That doesn’t mean you aren’t.
You are always perfectly fine. When that becomes clear, change becomes self-evident. It’s very hard to change if you believe you need to change.
What You’ll Discover Here
I was careful with my wording earlier:
Your natural fuel becomes apparent when you realize there is nothing wrong with you.
You do not need to change who you are.
I can’t wait for next week already!
Thanks for being here.

I look forward to reading more!
