After living much of my life stuck in a state of fight, flight, freeze, fawn, I’ve finally found freedom in peace. The more I practice giving myself peace, the more I find it in my life and in my body. What a blissful state to be in! To stop striving and straining so stressfully, and yet still achieve. It’s not a constant, not yet, but I hope that the more I seek peace, the more easily it becomes me.
